Judo clothes with IJF approval

The International Judo Federation (IJF) was founded in July 1951. The IJF originally consisted of judo associations from Europe and Argentina. Today, the IJF has 200 national associations on all continents. According to the IJF, there are over 20 million people worldwide who practice judo.

IJF certified Judo clothing

Judo clothing certified by the IJF complies with established standards and must meet the following requirements:

  • The jacket and pants must be of the same brand and color
  • The logo of the Judogi manufacturer approved as "IJF Official Supplier" must appear on the jacket, pants, and belt. The Judogi manufacturer's brand must be identical for the jacket and pants.
  • The "IJF Approved" label on the jacket, pants, and belt is checked with an optical UV lamp.

The Judo clothing offered by us with IJF approval complies with the valid rules for the quality of Judo uniforms since April 1, 2015.
